LightStep was deployed in days and provided account-specific performance omniscience, intelligent sampling, and SLO alerting integrated with Slack and PagerDuty. Using LightStep, Yext cut the percent of page views outside SLOs by 70%, reduced a top customer’s page loads outside target by 90%, saved roughly one week per month (about 12 weeks annually) in diagnostics, and now monitors top accounts with custom SLOs for faster remediation.
