Sosban is an award-winning restaurant in a restored Grade II listed building in Llanelli, UK, known for using the finest Welsh produce. Manager Rhys Andrews needed to reduce operating time and costs and find a simple way to manage accountancy, inventory and point-of-sale operations.

Sosban implemented Lightspeed Restaurant POS with Lightspeed Accounting integrated into Xero, equipping staff with iPads to send orders tableside (saving at least five minutes per order) and automatically transferring sales data to Xero to automate invoices—cutting accountancy time and costs by 50%.
