LXR & CO is a high-end vintage accessories retailer with boutiques in NYC, Beverly Hills, Toronto, Miami and roots in Montreal. Faced with discerning clients who often know exactly which rare bag or year they want and expect discreet, white‑glove service across channels (including hotel outposts), LXR needed a way for sales associates to find inventory quickly and complete high-value transactions on the spot.
They equipped staff with Lightspeed Retail–powered iPads so associates can search inventory by color, size or year, show items instantly, and process purchases in-store, at hotel bars or in guests’ rooms. The portable solution made the buying experience seamless, supported discreet, on‑the‑go sales (hotel outposts now account for about 20% of sales) and unlocked new, agile sales opportunities while matching customers’ multi-channel shopping habits.
