Woouf is a niche pet retailer in Laval (Greater Montreal) offering holistic dog care, an in‑store dog park, behavioral specialists and events like “Puppy Night.” Growing customer demand and a wide, eclectic inventory — plus the need to track personalized pet details and offer easy appointment booking — created a challenge: they needed a system to manage many product types, capture customer and pet information, and expose services and products online.
