Leica Store’s 1,500-square-foot SoHo flagship showcases the full Leica photography and sport optics portfolio and aims to deliver a high-end, experiential retail environment for a steady stream of walk-in customers from around the world. The store needed an efficient POS and inventory-management system that could handle high customer volume while preserving the brand’s premium service and aesthetic.
Leica implemented Lightspeed OnSite and Lightspeed for iPad, gaining intuitive, color-coded inventory tracking that ensures accurate, real-time stock visibility and an iPad POS that lets staff sit with customers in a private area to make sales more personal. The result was improved inventory control, smoother transactions, and a more engaging, high-touch customer experience.
