Happy Knits is a Portland yarn boutique that sells small‑batch natural fibers, hosts classes and community events, and runs an active blog and social presence to reach fans beyond its Hawthorne storefront. As the shop grew online and began receiving international orders, the owners needed a point‑of‑sale and inventory system that would sync physical and web sales in real time so staff could manage stock, classes and events without manual reconciliation.
