Fast-Fix implemented Lightspeed Retail and Lightspeed Accounting with Xero integration, enabling automatic data transfer, daily dashboards and easy mapping of accounts. The system delivered franchise-level KPI tracking and franchisor-wide sales visibility, was quick to set up and use, and drove a planned rollout to all locations after successful implementation in the initial Denver kiosks.
