Inditex, the global retail group behind brands like Zara and Bershka, needed a faster way to diagnose time-sensitive, business-critical production issues across its warehouse applications. Working with Lightrun, the team faced a challenge with complex Java-based systems running on Linux, where standard logs were not enough to quickly pinpoint the root cause of incidents.

Using Lightrun’s live debugging capabilities, including dynamic logs and snapshots, Inditex was able to inspect runtime behavior directly from the development environment and identify an incorrect rounding calculation that caused garment blocks to be formed improperly.
