Galileo touches 100,000+ lives with Lightmatter

Galileo, a modern medical practice founded by serial healthcare entrepreneur Dr. Tom Lee, sought to redesign a broken healthcare system from the inside out. Their challenge was to build a tech-enabled care delivery platform from scratch that could improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance patient outcomes. They partnered with vendor Lightmatter for UX design and software development to bring this vision to life.

Lightmatter worked with Galileo's founding team to define requirements and visualize workflows, creating low-fidelity wireframes and a prototype for an iOS application. They then developed multiple applications, including an admin portal with physician dashboards and patient communication interfaces, integrating third-party services and consolidating medical records. As a result of this platform, Galileo has launched and touched more than 100,000 lives, creating a robust care delivery system that improves health outcomes and tackles inequities across the U.S.
