Lightcast used its Open Skills taxonomy to normalize and enrich Pernod Ricard's skills library, constructing a new architecture integrated with Workday. Lightcast also provided a custom analytics dashboard for tracking skill usage and emerging trends. This solution enabled Pernod Ricard to augment job descriptions, develop targeted training programs, and maintain a future-ready view of their workforce's capabilities.
