Employ Prince George's Inc., a nonprofit workforce development organization, faced the challenge of securing funding for its community. The solution from Lightcast led to measurable impacts, including securing $6 million in annual local funding, doubling the number of citizens served, and assisting 6,000 local businesses. The county now receives a significant portion of state discretionary grants, going from zero to 33% of all funds in Maryland.
