Tokyo Tsushin, Japan’s top publisher by downloads, wanted to monetize its hyper-casual game “Save them all” with in-app ads. Because hyper-casual titles have large but short-lived user bases, the company needed a mobile advertising partner that could drive strong ad revenue at scale, and turned to Liftoff’s Vungle platform.
Liftoff’s Vungle team helped Tokyo Tsushin implement Flat CPM in “Save them all,” create multiple interstitial and rewarded video placements, and optimize CPM values based on performance data. As a result, the game’s eCPM improved by 166%, reached as high as $28, and stayed above $20 consistently, with Tokyo Tsushin reporting that Vungle became an irreplaceable partner.
