Peak, the mobile game publisher behind Toon Blast, wanted to grow in Japan by better connecting with local players. Working with Liftoff, the company used Vungle Creative Labs and dynamic localization to adapt its ads for Japan’s highly distinctive gaming and creative culture.

Liftoff developed hyperlocalized creatives that reimagined Toon Blast characters in a stylized manga/anime world, using Japan-specific best practices around character focus, fonts, and color. The campaign became Vungle’s top-performing creative in Japan, helping Peak continue expanding with more culturally relevant, high-performing ads.
