MFour, the creator of the Surveys On The Go app, approached Liftoff with the challenge of acquiring new, high-quality iOS users in the US. Their specific goal was to drive installs from users who would be highly engaged, targeting an ambitious install-to-action (ITA) rate of 300%.

Liftoff’s solution began with audience profiling to target look-alike users, followed by extensive optimization. Through CPI and then CPA optimization, Liftoff utilized machine learning and creative A/B testing to scale the campaigns. The results were outstanding: spend increased threefold while the CPI remained constant and the install-to-action rate dramatically exceeded the goal, reaching 505%.
