Liftoff Re-Engagement Campaign Increases In-App Purchases 569% for MyTona

MyTona, a free-to-play mobile game developer and publisher, worked with Liftoff to improve return on ad spend for its Android game Seekers Notes: Hidden Mystery. The challenge was to re-engage players who had previously purchased in the app and encourage more repeat in-app purchases, complementing MyTona’s existing user acquisition efforts.

Liftoff used its mobile retargeting and machine learning platform to analyze the app’s user flow, segment users by behavior, and test a range of ad creatives, formats, and gameplay-focused variations. By expanding retargeting from repeat purchasers to other high-intent segments, Liftoff helped drive a 569% increase in in-app purchases, a 900% lift in impression-to-in-app purchase rate, a 183% increase in click-through rate, and a 90% reduction in CPA.
