Liftoff recommended a run-of-network mobile user acquisition strategy, using machine learning to optimize across broad inventory based on CTR and CPI, supported by a stable budget for consistent learning and optimization. The campaign delivered strong results: iOS new activations increased by 62% and Android activations by 140%, while CPA dropped to $1.50 on iOS from $3.57 and to $5.69 on Android from $9.96.
