Liftoff worked with a US-Based Video Streaming Service that wanted to grow its base of paying users. While app installs mattered, the customer’s main challenge was driving free-trial users to convert into paid memberships while keeping acquisition costs under control, with goals of under $10 CPI and under $65 CPA.
Liftoff supported the campaign with better event and attribution setup, creative guidance using evergreen and new show-focused assets, and help navigating SKAN on iOS. The results were strong: average CPIs came in at $7.77 on Android and $9.72 on iOS, CPA for paid membership reached $57 on Android, and the campaign drove 770 paid memberships from 1,119 free trials, a 69% conversion rate.
