Bermuda’s ROAS Increased 32% Worldwide in a Single Quarter

Bermuda, a Korean-based social-video chat app, was facing high churn among users who had made in-app purchases. The company wanted to re-engage these valuable lapsed users on Android and improve retention and D7 ROAS, so it turned to Liftoff’s retargeting capabilities.

Liftoff built and managed two global CPR-RE re-engagement campaigns, bundling 20 top-performing countries, using existing postbacks to target paying users, and testing creatives to optimize performance. The results were strong: Bermuda saw 7% and 32% month-on-month ROAS increases, 413% more in-app purchases than UA campaigns, 56% higher D7 ROAS versus UA, and a 35% lift in reinstall rates.
