EPC United Kingdom Plc, a long-established commercial explosives manufacturer operating across the UK and several European countries, was losing time and money to frequent senior-management travel between regional offices. The company sought a simple, high-quality, cost-effective way to improve oversight, reduce travel costs and lessen its carbon footprint.

EPC implemented LifeSize HD video systems at seven sites (joining three in France) through reseller Questmark in a five‑month rollout, using the service for management, technical and health & safety meetings and some external calls. The move reduced travel, improved communication and productivity, and produced an expected return on investment within nine to eighteen months, with plans to expand conferencing to customers and suppliers.
