Santa Fe College, a public college in Gainesville, Florida serving more than 24,000 students across seven campuses, needed a reliable way to deliver high-quality instruction to satellite locations. Their legacy video system failed under poor bandwidth, making virtual teaching impractical and prompting a search for a better conferencing solution.

After demoing Lifesize, the college replaced its aging Polycom equipment and accelerated the rollout to classrooms and the data center. The new system enabled real-time virtual classes with clear video, screen sharing and recording, increased faculty and student engagement, and made distance learning more convenient and scalable across the campus network.
