Case Study: Foresight achieves scalable, lifelike management training with Lifesize

A Lifesize Case Study

Preview of the Foresight Case Study

Management training provider uses video conferencing as the primary mode of operations

Foresight, a Chattanooga-based management development provider, built its business around live video conferencing to deliver classroom-like training across the Southeast. Founded in 2007, the company needed a scalable, easy-to-use video solution that worked with a variety of client sites and allowed facilitators to deliver face-to-face sessions without travel; early interoperability limits with Polycom pushed Foresight to seek a better platform.

Foresight adopted Lifesize hardware in 2009 and is rolling out Lifesize Icon cameras and Lifesize Cloud to clients, providing units and big screens to create lifelike training rooms and enable IP-to-IP calling. The result: frequent, biweekly training and weekly internal meetings with minimal IT support, expanded client adoption (including a $125,000 corporate university engagement), planned purchases of 20–22 units this year, and broader use of video across client organizations.
