Keller, a global ground engineering specialist with about 10,000 employees across 40+ countries, needed to unify its Asia-Pacific offices and reduce costly, time-consuming travel. Fragmented, office-built video systems produced poor-quality connections across Australia, India, Singapore and Malaysia, making cross-border boardroom collaboration difficult—especially where language differences made audio-only calls ineffective.

Lifesize deployed the Icon conference room system in key boardrooms across the region (Australia, India, Malaysia and Singapore) plus a mobile unit, creating a standardized, one-touch HD video setup. The solution is now used daily, enabled reliable Mumbai–Chennai meetings, cut a number of flights, improved communication across languages, and was well received by management as the preferred conferencing platform for future rollouts.
