Globe University/Minnesota School of Business, a multi-campus career college serving more than 16,000 students, faced rapid growth and a geographically dispersed admissions team across three states. The institution needed a high-quality, easy-to-use way to hold face-to-face meetings, standardize training, and record sessions for on-demand playback—previously requiring costly travel for new hires to attend a three-week in-person course.

Globe deployed LifeSize Room 220 and Express 220 endpoints with LifeSize Video Center for one-button HD streaming, recording and auto-publishing. As a result, admissions staff now complete the training live or on-demand from their home campuses, weekly presentations are recorded for instructor and self-review, and the nursing program uses recorded simulations for peer-reviewed skills improvement—delivering consistent training, reduced travel costs and measurable learning benefits.
