A socially-responsible Real Estate Company empowers employees with Lifesize to increase collaboration and lower carbon emissions

Étic is a socially responsible real estate company based in Vaulx-en-Velin, France, that acquires, renovates and rents commercial properties to organizations working for social and environmental progress across Europe. Faced with a complex geographic footprint and a shared workspace with partner NEF, Étic needed an intuitive, scalable way to simplify communication, pool video-collaboration resources and cut travel costs.

Étic deployed Lifesize UVC ClearSea, Lifesize Icon 600 and Lifesize Bridge to give staff and partners device-agnostic access, easy one-touch conference room calling, multiparty meetings and centralized scheduling. The rollout now serves more than 90 employees, equipped two NEF branches, reduced travel-related CO2 emissions and costs, and spurred plans to expand the system to additional conference rooms over the coming years.
