Coach implemented Liferay to build Coachweb, a single sign-on, mobile-friendly intranet that replaced three legacy systems and centralized content and communications. The platform eliminated an estimated 500–1,000 redundant files, cut search times from minutes to seconds, improved executive-to-store communication, decentralized content management, and laid the foundation for further digital initiatives like VM Insights and employee-facing apps.
