Panamax Inc., the technology arm of Bankai Group, launched BridgeVoice Pluto to deliver wholesale and retail VoIP services but struggled to scale using homegrown PHP systems. Panamax built a Liferay-powered self‑care portal (with Aixtor) that automates account setup, accelerates onboarding (Quick Credit Check, KYC, online agreements), and provides personalized dashboards, rate sheets and route management. The improved UX and self‑service capabilities shortened onboarding to about 10 minutes and drove a 4x increase in website traffic, 5x more monthly sign-ups and a 7x rise in monthly revenue.
