The senior living community Astral at Auburn used LifeLoop's Wellness Navigator platform to address a challenge of social isolation. Many of its residents in independent living, assisted living, and memory care were resistant to leaving their apartments to participate in group activities, which hindered community engagement.

LifeLoop provided staff with tools to personalize activities and send reminders to residents. The platform also facilitated family involvement by keeping them informed so they could encourage participation. As a result, staff reported a 75% increase in communication between residents and families, and half of the staff found their jobs became easier or more satisfying with LifeLoop.
