Anthology of Troy - Customer Case Study

The customer, Anthology of Troy, an assisted living and memory care community, sought to advance its person-centric care approach. Their primary challenge was finding the additional time and staff effort required to successfully implement this new model of care.

LifeLoop provided its platform and app, alongside the iN2L Engagement System, to address this challenge. The solution enabled purposeful and independent engagement for memory care residents. Key results included the ability for staff to calmly redirect residents experiencing anxiety or sundowning, modernized programs that increased resident satisfaction, and an overall fostering culture within the community.
