Union Square Ventures sees 100% manager improvement with LifeLabs Learning

Union Square Ventures (USV), a venture capital firm, sought to provide essential management skills training for managers across its diverse portfolio of companies. To meet this challenge, USV partnered with vendor LifeLabs Learning to create a program as part of their USV Manager Bootcamp initiative.

LifeLabs Learning delivered its Manager CORE Part 1 Program, a series of four two-hour workshops focused on core management skills. The results showed significant impact: participants rated the program's usefulness 4.8 out of 5. In follow-up surveys, 93.6% of managers reported the training was still having a positive impact on their performance 3 and 6 months later, even in domains not directly covered. Furthermore, 100% of the participants' own managers reported seeing improvement in all categories, demonstrating the measurable, long-term effectiveness of the LifeLabs solution.
