Turo, a peer-to-peer car sharing marketplace, faced significant organizational strain and increased turnover due to executive transitions, restructuring, budget cuts, and a return-to-office mandate. LifeLabs Learning implemented its Manager Core training to align managers around foundational leadership skills, supplemented with Adaptivity & Resilience and Leading Change workshops for ongoing support. The results were overwhelmingly positive, with programs earning consistent ratings of 4-5 out of 5. Participants described the sessions as engaging, helpful, and practical, with evidence of sustained use of the tools learned long after the workshops concluded.
