Turo, a peer-to-peer car sharing marketplace, faced significant organizational strain and increased turnover due to executive transitions, restructuring, budget cuts, and a return-to-office mandate. This created a critical need for improved adaptability and resilience among its managers. To address this challenge, Turo partnered with LifeLabs Learning.

LifeLabs Learning implemented its Manager Core training to align managers around foundational leadership skills, supplemented with Adaptivity & Resilience and Leading Change workshops for ongoing support. The results were overwhelmingly positive, with programs earning consistent ratings of 4-5 out of 5. Participants described the sessions as engaging, helpful, and practical, with evidence of sustained use of the tools learned long after the workshops concluded.
