Balsam Brands, a consumer services company, aimed to reinvigorate its team culture to strengthen connections and shared responsibility while celebrating individuality. A mostly junior team navigating organizational shifts needed support for managing a distributed workforce and strengthening its culture. To address this challenge, Balsam Brands partnered with LifeLabs Learning.
LifeLabs Learning delivered a cohesive development program for managers, senior leaders, and individual contributors, which included their Manager CORE and IC CORE courses. The program achieved an 82% attendance rate and satisfaction scores above 4.5. Participants highlighted the relevance of the content and the opportunities for active practice.
