To support work in the field and in difficult environments, SGS looked to Librestream for a remote mentoring and visual inspection solution that could operate across different network conditions and mobile devices.

Librestream provided SGS with a branded version of Onsight Connect called SGS QiiQ, enabling remote inspections and collaboration with both internal experts and customers. The solution helped SGS increase productivity and improve safety, while also reducing travel, fuel costs, and carbon emissions. According to SGS, 30,000 inspections had been conducted using SGS QiiQ, establishing a new standard in the industry.
