Keravan Energia, a local Finnish energy company, wanted to improve customer communications and strengthen its reputation beyond just sending invoices. To do this, it turned to Lianatech and launched email marketing for the first time, using Liana®Cloud Email Marketing to build a new subscriber base and communicate more actively with customers.

Lianatech helped Keravan Energia collect subscribers through its website, a direct marketing campaign, and newsletter signup options on electricity contract forms. Within a few months, the company had built a strong email register, and after two years one third of its customers were subscribed to the newsletter. The newsletters continued to improve in open and click rates, generate new leads and conversions, and became Keravan Energia’s most important lead generation channel after Google Ads.
