Royal Orchid Wine, an online store for fine wines and alcoholic beverages in Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China, needed a new e-commerce platform that could handle its growing product range and support a more reliable, scalable shopping experience. LianaTech implemented a full online store revamp focused on usability, mobile friendliness, and stronger promotion features, while also adding email marketing capabilities for newsletters and special offers. The results were strong: sales increased by 119% in 60 days, new carts rose by 37.5% in 60 days, and email campaigns delivered click-through and open rates 284% and 283% above the industry average, respectively.
