St. Cloud State University, a public institution in St. Cloud, Minnesota with roughly 1,800 graduate students, needed a fast, unified, and more user-friendly application process for its School of Graduate Studies to expand applicant reach, improve geographic diversity, and allow applicants to explain context such as low test scores or GPAs across dozens of programs.
