Pfeiffer University faced an outdated, manual admissions process—staff tracked campus visits on paper—and needed a modernized, more efficient way to engage prospects and increase enrollment. The school had implemented Liaison’s Enrollment Marketing Platform (EMP) just before a new Senior Director of Marketing and Communications joined, and used that opportunity to fold EMP into a larger communications and admissions overhaul.
By deploying Liaison’s EMP to run automated, multi-channel campaigns, personalized messaging (including PURLs), and streamlined visit registration, Pfeiffer dramatically improved conversion and operational efficiency. The result: a 198% increase in campus visits, a 28% rise in deposits over 2016, a 26% increase in accepted students and a 30% increase in enrolled students; more than half of 2017 applications came through EMP and EMP applicants were 32% more likely to enroll—delivering Pfeiffer’s largest incoming class in 30 years.
