A Liaison Case Study
Indiana University School of Dentistry needed a more efficient way to collect and assess applications for its orthodontics residency (about 150–200 applicants annually). To replace a tedious manual process and improve reviewer workflows, the school adopted Liaison’s ADEA PASS service.
Using Liaison’s ADEA PASS, the school rapidly gathered large volumes of applicant data, gained deeper insight into both scholastic and intangible qualities, and streamlined reviewer workflows. As a result they can complete initial assessments by August 24–25 after the August 1 deadline and promptly communicate decisions to applicants, saving substantial time and improving process efficiency.
