A Liaison Case Study
Tennessee State University (TSU) faced an outdated, inefficient paper‑based graduate application process that made it difficult for faculty to access and review files. To address this, TSU implemented Liaison’s PSYCAS™ Centralized Application Service for its psychology graduate program.
Liaison’s PSYCAS™ moved applications to a single online portal, letting faculty review from home, email and track applicants longitudinally, and reach a broader pool of candidates. The change eliminated the need for staff to collect, sort, scan and organize paper files, produced noticeably better‑fit applicants and “huge” time savings for faculty and staff, resulting in a more efficient and controlled admissions process.
