Baylor University faced a complex data‑integration challenge as it added Liaison’s EngineeringCAS™ and moved to centralize several discipline‑specific Centralized Application Services (CAS) on campus. The goal was to relieve IT of ad‑hoc integrations, standardize application processes, and improve the experience for applicants, faculty reviewers and admissions staff—so Baylor engaged Liaison to lead the integration.
Liaison used its five‑phase, 21‑step integration framework and hands‑on support to centralize and streamline Baylor’s CAS systems. The engagement delivered standardized application design and data exports, the ability to add custom applicant questions, faster cross‑department collaboration, and measurable efficiencies—anticipated time savings for IT and campus‑wide improvements in application processing and admissions review—results Baylor credits to Liaison’s ongoing support.
