Missouri State University’s Graduate College needed a centralized, affordable and technically simple application solution that could be tailored to many distinct graduate programs and help boost recruitment — especially among underrepresented students. The university chose Liaison’s GradCAS (and paired it with Enrollment Marketing by Liaison) to replace disparate processes, provide program-level configurability, and support broader outreach without heavy IT overhead.
Liaison implemented GradCAS and Enrollment Marketing by Liaison, enabling customizable program applications, data export for targeted campaigns, and multi-channel outreach (email, text, voicemail). The results were immediate and measurable: applications across Missouri State’s CASs rose 71% year-over-year and enrollment increased 12%, while the university gained better tools to fill seats with best-fit students and expand recruiting into new markets.
