Marist College, led on the graduate admissions side by Dean Kelly Holmes, faced the challenge of managing admissions across 15 graduate programs while implementing a new strategic plan focused on student success, innovation, and social good. Liaison’s BusinessCAS, integrated with EMP and WebAdMIT, centralized application materials, reduced manual email handoffs, and enabled on‑demand review of last‑minute applicants. The result for Marist College has been a more efficient admissions pipeline, improved applicant experience, greater exposure to prospective students, and faster, more coordinated review and communication — capabilities that support enrollment goals, outreach to working adults, and Marist’s diversity and retention initiatives.
