Delaware County Community College, a long-time user of Liaison TargetX CRM, was seeing improved enrollment for both new and returning students and needed a better way to manage a growing mix of applicants. The college also needed more personalized engagement, better visibility into the enrollment funnel, and tools that fit a community college model focused on conversion to registration and earlier support services.
Liaison expanded DCCC’s use of TargetX beyond the Recruitment Suite with TargetX Insights, the Communication Planner, Events, inquiry forms, custom admissions workflows, and SIS integration. The college said the platform improved data clarity, increased event engagement, and made staff more efficient by automating manual work, while also helping the team personalize outreach at scale and share real-time funnel views with leadership.
