Reliance on email to share sales, inventory and forecasts with suppliers produced stale, error-prone data, leading to excess stock, capital lock‑in and the risk of losing sales when popular devices were out of stock.
O2 deployed Liaison Technologies’ cloud-based B2B Integration Platform and the LENS monitoring tool to consolidate supplier and internal data, give real-time visibility, and allow suppliers to access forecasts directly. The result was faster supplier onboarding, stronger collaboration, world‑class inventory levels across the Telefonica group, reduced days of stock, improved availability for customers and lower capital tied up in excess inventory.
