KeySource implemented Liaison Delta and ECS as a central, low-code integration platform. The solution supports 80+ EDI partners and up to 2,000 daily batches (expected to double), logs and alerts warehouse temperature/humidity readings, enables in-ERP carrier rate shopping with ~3-second responses, validates customers against a 1.3M-record DEA database in 2–3 seconds, and presents order details as user-friendly HTML—driving faster processing, easier maintenance, consistent error reporting, and a reported ~20% increase in customer orders using EDI.
