Liaison deployed a hosted solution using its Cloud Integration Platform, Contivo data mapping and a custom web interface to analyze EDI/XML transactions, automatically alert discrepancies and let staff drill down into errors. Processing more than 5,000 transactions a day with four-hour batch analysis, the system cut error identification from 20 days to under one, uncovered over 500,000 discrepant transactions in the first year, and sped revenue recovery while providing a scalable analytics capability.
