LHH delivered a tailored, global outplacement program, upskilled Rexam’s internal HR and OD teams, and created an online career portal to support employees’ next steps. The results were strong: Rexam saved £22 million, continued building new plants, and saw sales rise 2% during the transition, while employees gained tools to better manage future change and career moves.
