Whirlpool worked with Lexmark and evaluated Lexmark Managed Print Services (MPS) to create a better overall print output strategy.

Lexmark implemented Managed Print Services for Whirlpool, helping consolidate and standardize the print environment. The result was an estimated five-year total of $2,999,000 in cost savings and benefits, including $1,607,000 from device reduction and consolidation, $483,000 from consumables savings, and $909,000 in labor savings for device support.
