U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command - Customer Case Study

U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command headquarters (TRADOC) needed to reduce costs, improve security, and make printing more efficient for about 2,300 users across 32 buildings. To address this challenge, the organization standardized on Lexmark printers and multifunction products, including Lexmark Print Management with Secure Print Release for CAC-enabled printing.

Lexmark helped TRADOC consolidate its fleet during the move to Fort Eustis, replacing 1,300 standalone printers with 274 networked Lexmark devices, including just 60 desktop printers. The result was lower costs, better print quality and speed, stronger document security, and reduced waste from unclaimed jobs, while improving the overall user experience.
