University of Tampa faced rapidly growing admissions volumes and paper-based bottlenecks that made processing applications and matching documents take weeks. The school also needed to better integrate online applications with Jenzabar CX, reduce recruiting costs, and improve student communications. Lexmark helped UT address these challenges with Perceptive DataTransfer and Perceptive Nolij Web.
Lexmark implemented automated data transfer and content management workflows that loaded dozens of file types, validated data, and routed information electronically across departments. As a result, University of Tampa cut admissions processing from about two weeks to less than a day, sped up award-letter delivery, handled 30,000 more applications without extra staff, and saved nearly $25,000 annually in seasonal overtime and temporary support costs.
