The University of North Carolina Wilmington’s Advancement office needed to eliminate paper-based inefficiencies, reduce storage space demands, and improve security for sensitive donor information. The results included significantly reduced paper usage, improved employee satisfaction, and hundreds of hours saved each year; gift-in-kind documents that once took days or up to a week to move and process were often completed the same day.
